Service Description

With emphasis on function rather than alignment this is a class for all - options will be given to allow you to find the best way for your unique body to access the poses. Each week the focus of the practice will be different, incorporating physical postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama) and rest.o

Cancellation Policy

If you pay for a single session this is non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances. You can reschedule a class booked using a class pass up to one hour before class starts without forfeiting the pass credit but please ensure you rebook before the class pass expiry date. Courses and workshops can be cancelled only in exceptional circumstances and refunds will be at the discretion of Elaine Thompson Yoga and proportionate to the amount of time remaining before commencement of the course. No refunds will be made once a course has started.
