KGHypnobirthing teacher training is accredited by the Royal College of Midwives (RCM) and as an accredited teacher I offer the KGH full antenatal course, designed to release fear and build confidence during pregnancy and birth. Parents-to-be taking this 12 hour course will be equipped with evidence backed information, presented in a logical way, to allow them to make fully informed decisions regarding pregnancy and the birth of their baby.  I will teach tools and techniques, lots of simple things that put together make a big difference, to help mums-to-be and their partners remain calm and relaxed however the birth process unfolds.

KGHypnobirthing courses can be taken without having to practice yoga, however the two practiced together will further empower and support mums-to-be during pregnancy, the birth of her baby and beyond.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Does my partner need to attend the course? No, but it will be so much better if your partner or the person supporting you while  you birth your baby attends so they can understand what you're doing and support you.

When is the best time to do the course? Often couples take the course during the second trimester of pregnancy, when the tired, sick stage is hopefully over.  You can then enjoy the benefits during the rest of pregnancy as well as at the birth of your baby.  However, if you've just decided in the last few weeks of pregnancy to take the course then you will still benefit.

How do I prepare for the course?  While courses are being held online, you can set yourself up at home wherever you can see your device clearly and you are comfortable.  Maybe you would prefer to sit at a table and move to the sofa when we practice the relaxations...whatever works for you.

Does the fee cover me and my partner? Yes, the fee covers you and your birth partner, but not a person there in a professional capacity such as a doula.

Do I need to come to your Pregnancy Yoga class to attend one of your KGHypnobirthing Courses?  Not at all, but the 2 are very complementary...and I always think everything is better with added Yoga!
