I'M NOT VERY FLEXIBLE, CAN IÂ PRACTICE YOGA?
Yes you definitely can! Â Everybody can practice yoga, you may just need to take options to suit your body. Â Regular practice will improve your flexibility.
I'VE NEVER PRACTISED YOGA BEFORE, CAN I JOIN A CLASS?
Yes you can join a class.  See the class description to check if it's suitable for beginners.  You may prefer some individual lessons to start and help you feel confident before joining a class.  Please contact me if you would like to discuss.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO CLASS?
Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable, not too loose clothing that allows you to move freely. An open mind and sense of fun is always good!
