I'M NOT VERY FLEXIBLE, CAN I PRACTICE YOGA?
Yes you definitely can! Everybody can practice yoga, you may just need to take options to suit your body. Regular practice will improve your flexibility.
I'VE NEVER PRACTISED YOGA BEFORE, CAN I JOIN A CLASS?
Yes you can join a class. See the class description to check if it's suitable for beginners. You may prefer some individual lessons to start and help you feel confident before joining a class. Please contact me if you would like to discuss.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO CLASS?
Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable, not too loose clothing that allows you to move freely. An open mind and sense of fun is always good!
